|We found Asher in September of 2013 as a stray. He had a severely infected wound on his foot that would need to be amputated in order to save his life. He had to undergo many surgeries and regain weight he had lost. Despite his ailment, his bright personality never failed to shine through; he was a truly unique dog who always faced every day with a wagging tail. Eventually, a family spotted him at our shelter and began to foster him through his medical treatments. Once he was healed, the family decided to adopt him, and he now lives happily with his family in his furever home.
